Perancangan Dan Implementasi Panel Kelistrikan Pada Mesin Cnc Router
Abstract
This study aims to design and implement the electrical system of a CNC Router Machine using Mach 3 as the main Control unit. The system was developed to support the automation of X, Y, and Z axis movements, ensuring accurate, efficient, and safe cutting processes. The design covers power requirements, stepper motor configuration with TB6600 drivers, limit switches, emergency stop, and G-code communication through supporting software. The methodology includes schematic design, hardware installation, and functional testing. Results show that the system operates as intended, with responsive axis movements, high motion accuracy, and power consumption of about ±195 Watts under full load. Safety features such as contactors, RCBO, emergency stop, grounding, and fuses also function properly. Therefore, the designed electrical system successfully integrates all Control functions of the CNC Router and has the potential to serve as a reference for developing small-scale CNC systems based on microControllers that are efficient, affordable, and easy to expand.
