Special schools provide education for students with disabilities, including those with hearing impairments, yet library management at SLB Negeri Slawi is still conducted manually, making it inefficient and less inclusive for the Deaf. To address this issue, a Digital Library Member Management System was developed as a mobile application using Android technology. The development process employed the Waterfall model, covering requirements analysis, system and interface design, implementation with Android Studio and Kotlin, and functionality testing. The application includes core features such as member registration, data entry (name, class, study group, disability status), and digital reporting with SQLite, all supported by a user-friendly and accessible interface. Testing results show that the application runs effectively, replacing error-prone manual methods and improving efficiency in managing library members. This innovation supports the digitalization of library services in special education and demonstrates the role of technology in building a more equitable and inclusive education system, with potential adoption in other schools with similar needs.
